Exchange Support Coordinator

Position Summary
This fully remote, 6-month temporary role provides administrative and operational support to the exchange services team within a title services environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient processing of exchange-related activities while delivering professional customer service to internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service through clear, timely, and effective communication with internal and external clients
- Support daily exchange operations by performing a variety of administrative and production-related tasks
- Assist management in maintaining production standards and identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Organize, track, and support exchange documentation and departmental workflows
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently
- Use existing processes to resolve routine or straightforward issues, escalating more complex matters as needed
- Collaborate with team members to support departmental goals and service-level expectations
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow defined procedures and work effectively in a structured environment
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven setting
- Proficiency with standard office technology and systems
- Prior experience in real estate, title or escrow services is preferred
- High School diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
Work Environment
- Individual contributor role
- Works under direct supervision
- Limited decision-making authority
Dates: January 19 - July 31, 2026 | Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00/hourly | Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
