This position is a 6-month temp/contract role, located in Colorado Springs, CO 80919.

The End User Support Specialist provides a high level of customer service and timely technical support for end-user computer and networking issues to ensure productivity.

What you'll do:

  • Responsible for the installation, configuration and ongoing functionality of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software
  • Troubleshoot and respond to situations where standard procedures have failed in isolating or fixing equipment or software problems
  • Typically resolve issues referred by Helpdesk Support
  • Follows standard procedures and guidelines

The ideal candidate:

  • Understands how assigned duties relate to others within the team and how the team integrates with related teams
  • Impacts own team through the quality of the support provided
  • Recognizes and solves typical problems; selects solutions from established options
  • Communicates moderately complex information in routine situations, generally within own team
  • Works under general supervision with limited ability to modify approach
  • Individual contributor having no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management

What you'll bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in desktop and remote support
  • Advanced Office 365 support
  • ServiceNow and/or other ticketing systems
  • Networking fundamentals
  • Advanced knowledge and support for Windows 10/11, network printers
  • High school diploma
  • Azure AD and advanced networking skills (nice to have)
  • Certifications (nice to have)

Start Date: October 27, 2025 | Pay Rate: $31.00/hourly | Location Type: 100% onsite
