Credit Analyst

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Credit Analyst to join their team in Irving, TX from January 12, 2026 - July 31, 2026.

In this 6-month temp/contract role, you'll be responsible for conducting credit investigations and analyzing credit information pertaining to loans. This includes verifying and updating credit data as requested by clients to support the mortgage underwriting process. You'll provide key operational support to our Production Team through the course of the credit report supplement process.

We're looking for someone passionate about:

• Providing exceptional customer service and problem resolution via telephone
• Responding to consumer and client inquiries and complaints
• Performing administrative tasks like general correspondence and data entry
• Effectively perform internet research for documentation to assist with verification requests
• Analyzing credit files to identify cause of missing or changed data
• Supporting the team however needed to deliver quality services

The ideal candidate will have:

• Background in credit reporting, loan servicing, mortgage banking, and/or call center
• 1 year of mortgage industry experience
• PC, typing, written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding customer service skills and understanding of customer satisfaction
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred

We offer a competitive hourly pay rate of $22.00.

Must be able to work any shift: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM | 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
