Title Assistant

We need a detail-oriented professional to provide exceptional service through every step of the closing process. In this 1-year temp/contract role, you'll put your communication and organization skills into action while working with our real estate transactions team.

What you'll do:

• Provide nationwide title services for supporting real estate transactions
• Search public records and examine titles for properties to determine legal condition
• Manage Title recordings and policies
• Proactively communicate with internal and external customers

What you'll bring:

• 1 - 2 years of residential and/or commercial title/escrow/lending experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational abilities
• Quick thinker; ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Is dependable, punctual, and professional
• Has great attention to detail
• Has a high school diploma; degree preferred
