SUPERVISOR CUSTODIAL SERVICES (Providence, RI)

Position:      Supervisor Custodial Services - Overnight

Job Type:      Temporary

Location:      Onsite/Street Parking

Schedule:      Sunday – Thursday / 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay Rate:      $1,269.24 weekly (exempt)

Duration:      3 – 4 Months

                        Must be fully vaccinated, including booster shot

The Supervisor Custodial Services will supervise and manage all job functions of assigned key stations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to lead, supervise, coach and counsel employees.
• Customer service focused, approachable, consistent, and fair.
• Must have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with email, work order systems, timekeeping/time tracking.
• Proficient use of Google Suite, Microsoft Excel.
• Walking to different buildings on campus will be required.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

• Associates degree (preferred) or HS Diploma and 4 years of experience (required)
• Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience (required)
• Minimum 2+ years of custodial/janitorial experience (required)
• Experience supervising union employees
• Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus
