Quality Review Specialist

Are you seeking a new opportunity to use your real estate transaction experience? Join our dynamic team in St. Louis, MO 63102, as a Quality Revisions Specialist.

For this 3-month temp/contract role, you'll be responsible for various job tasks including reviewing signed loan and title company documents to ensure accuracy and the resolution of various post-closing issues prior to disbursement.

What you'll do:

• Appropriately prioritize a pipeline of loans to support Service Level Agreement targets.
• Complete a Compliance Review to confirm all funds are collected, all appropriate documents are checked for accuracy, signatures are collected, and acknowledgements and legal descriptions are correct in the critical document set to determine if resolution is required prior to disbursement.
• Responsible for owning resolution on defects identified during the Compliance Review of critical documents.
• Resolves deficiencies identified in the Compliance Review requiring handling of original documents received in the office.
• May assist other processes in the office to drive efficiency and accuracy in the Compliance Review.
• Communicates with local offices, notaries and Signing Providers to receive signed documents timely or to drive resolution.

What you'll bring:

• Must have 1-2 years of prior experience in the closing/processing area of a title company, the post-closing area of financial institution, or the real estate loan documentation area of a financial institution.
• Customer service oriented.
• Able to handle confidential information.
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to proactively resolve problems.
• Ability to operate within tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and be self-motivated.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Start Date: Oct. 27, 2025 | Pay Rate: $23.50/hour | Location: 100% onsite
