Position: APCP Consultant (Contract) 2 Openings

Mode: Contract - 2 months with potential to extend

Location: Remote

About the Role

Role supports the Advanced Placement Credit Policy (APCP) Data Collection Ops activities such as:

• Update the APCP Survey data for BigFuture & AP Student site
• Data entry and validation of APCP from institutional sites
• APCP Grids for State Legislatures
• Research and update organization’s contact information; track changes

 Responsibilities of the role 

• APCP Data Update and Validation
• Research and update institution’s contact (POC, email, url) for policy validation; track changes
• Research institution’s credit policy for each of the AP exams via web research, email and outbound phone calls
• Generate APCP grids for State Legislatures of Public and Private institutions

 Qualifications needed for the role 

• Attention to detail
• Accurate typing/data entry
• Web research
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time and task management skills
• Project management skills to develop schedule to support SDP and AP Program needs

 Preferred skills and attributes for the role 

• Microsoft Office tools, proficiency in MS Excel, experience with Pivot tables/charts strongly desired
• Experience with MS Access and/or SharePoint preferred

 Pay Rate: $21 per hr
