  • Translate regional goals into multi-year strategies for complex districts and statewide initiatives in your portfolio
  • Build and maintain account plans and business reviews for each assigned account
  • Analyze market data, performance trends, and policy contexts to identify opportunities and inform strategy
  • Build, manage, and report a robust pipeline, align data insights to market needs, and prioritize high-impact accounts for long-term growth
  • Lead executive planning engagements and advisory conversations with district and state leaders
  • Plan and deliver workshops and professional learning for K-12 stakeholder groups
  • Provide strategic oversight for major partnership agreements and ensure implementation supports outcomes
  • Manage implementation of state contracts and service or support models when applicable
  • Develop and execute district-level strategies that increase adoption across college readiness assessments, advanced coursework programs, and college and career planning solutions

Manage complex relationships

  • Build strong relationships with superintendents, cabinet leaders, key state agencies, and district decision makers
  • Partner across regional and cross-functional teams to align policy, program, and sales strategies
  • Provide coaching and support to junior team members on account strategy as needed

Execute internal processes and projects

  • Use Salesforce for account management, pipeline health, forecasting, and proactive task management
  • Lead or support regional or divisional projects assigned by leadership

What You Bring

  • Proficiency with Salesforce and analytics tools, using data to forecast, prioritize, and shape strategy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-ready presentations and data storytelling
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills with the ability to advance multiple time-sensitive projects
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft applications
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to drive for partner meetings
  • A bachelor’s degree

Preferred Experience

  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in strategic sales, business development, or partnership management in K-12, education technology, or related sectors
  • Consistent success meeting or exceeding sales and growth targets across complex portfolios
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-year, high-value relationships with districts, consortia, or state education agencies
  • A drive for impact and excellence, including problem solving, data-informed decision making, and continuous improvement
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively, approximately 40 percent, varying by territory
