We need a detail-oriented professional to provide exceptional service through every step of the closing process. In this 3-month temp/contract role, you'll put your communication and organization skills into action while working with our real estate transactions team.

Job Summary:

• Provide escrow services for residential and commercial resale, new construction and refinance.
• Facilitate real estate transactions by providing a high level of customer service.
• Proactively communicate with internal and external customers throughout the closing process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire real estate closing process, including compliance with real estate contracts, lender instructions, title requirements, company requirements and other written instructions.
• Understand how own team integrates with related teams to accomplish objectives.
• Impact the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the team through own work.
• Recognize and solve atypical problems that occur infrequently.
• Evaluate and select solutions from existing precedents or procedures.
• Communicate and explain complex information, including interdependencies within the team and others.
• Work under limited supervision and may use discretion to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency.
• Individual contributor acting as a resource for less experienced team members; does not have supervisory responsibilities.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

What You'll Bring:

• Has 1-2 years of experience in real estate.
• excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Is dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Has great attention to detail.
• Has a high school diploma or college degree.
