Are you an analytical thinker who loves solving problems and helping people? We have an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Client Services Representative to join our team on a 6-month temp/contract from August 2025 to February 2026.

In this role, you'll be responsible for providing escrow services for residential HELOC transactions, facilitating real estate transactions by providing a high level of customer service and proactive communication to both internal and external customers throughout the closing process.

What you'll do:

  • Handle internal and external inquiries related to moderately complex processes and transactions.
  • Monitor messages and questions received via centralized inbox, systematic work queues or phone, responds to moderately complex inquiries and escalates more complex.
  • Coordinate the preparation, review and collection of all required documentation and requested forms for recording of conveyance deeds.
  • Coordinate the signing appointments, closing package preparation and final title packages for clients.
  • Act as liaison between internal and external parties to ensure requests are effectively resolved.
  • Enters detailed and accurate notes into appropriate systems and files documents according to standard procedures.
  • Work with internal and external parties to effectively resolve issues.
  • Follow up on any delays in inquiry answers and updates the status in the systems.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service through proactive communication with internal/external customers and business partners. Update management on trends, issues or problems that may impact the business or clients.
  • Communicate any requirements to clients and exercises good judgment in the enforcement or exception of policies.
  • Practice call ownership and accountability for incoming inquiries.
  • Enhance the quality of customer service for the benefit of the company and the customer.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Must work central standard time hours.

Required Skills:

  • 1 - 2 years of Title and Escrow Services and/or Mortgage Industry experience.
  • Working knowledge and established skills to perform the day-to-day activities.
  • Follows standard procedures and guidelines.
  • Works under general supervision with limited ability to modify approach.
  • Strong PC, typing, and communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and understanding of customer satisfaction.
  • High school diploma; college degree preferred.

We offer a competitive hourly pay rate of $23.00.
