This exciting opportunity puts you at the heart of commercial real estate deals, where your expertise will help smooth the path from contract to closing.

As our Senior Escrow Assistant, you'll be the go-to problem solver who ensures every transaction runs seamlessly. You'll work with a diverse cast of professionals – from attorneys and lenders to clients and third parties – providing the kind of exceptional service that makes deals happen. Think of yourself as a detective, advisor, and customer service champion all rolled into one!

Job Responsibilities

  • Works with customers, attorneys and lenders in an advisory capacity to resolve issues impacting title insurability prior to closing for commercial transactions
  • Communicate with clients and third parties to obtain documentation to clear title related issues such as missing information, incomplete, inaccurate or contradictory information contained in the title commitment, in accordance with internal and external policies and regulations
  • Follows standards, procedures and guidelines
  • Understands how assigned duties relate to others within the team and how the team integrates with related teams
  • Impacts own team through the quality of the support provided
  • Recognizes and solves typical problems; selects solutions from established options
  • Communicates moderately complex information in routine situations, typical within own team
  • Works under general supervision with limited ability to modify approach
  • Individual contributor having no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management

Education

  • High school diploma required, bachelors preferred

Experience

  • Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
  • LPO desired
