What You'll Do

Ensure property titles are clear and ready for closing. Your expertise will directly impact successful real estate transactions nationwide!

  • Tackle complex title curative issues head-on, implementing strategic solutions within tight deadlines
  • Connect with customers via phone and email, providing expert guidance and exceptional service
  • Support critical departmental processes that keep our operations running smoothly
  • Follow established procedures to deliver consistent, high-quality results
  • Solve straightforward problems efficiently using proven methodologies
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients
  • Contribute as a dedicated individual contributor under supportive supervision
  • Take on additional projects and responsibilities as opportunities arise

What You'll Bring

We want someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings both technical expertise and genuine enthusiasm to the role!

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with lien clearing and title resolution
  • Previous curative experience with comprehensive knowledge of title and mortgage documents
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and exceptional computer skills
  • Sharp analytical abilities and sound judgment capabilities
  • Outstanding professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated history of delivering high-quality work with impressive productivity
  • Flexibility and adaptability when facing changing priorities and self-motivated work style
  • Ability to excel in high-volume environments while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
  • Independent work style with ability to move quickly and efficiently
  • Proactive problem-identification and resolution skills
  • Experience providing guidance and information to production team members
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative team player mentality
  • Previous experience working within multi-state operations
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Pay Rate: $23.00/hourly | Location: 100% remote

Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST/CST/EST

Duration: 12 months
