Credit Analyst I

Are you an analytical thinker who loves solving problems and helping people? We have an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Credit Analyst to join our team in Irving, TX 75038 on a temporary basis from June to December 2025.

In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting credit investigations and analyzing credit information pertaining to loans to support the mortgage underwriting process. This includes verifying and updating credit data as requested by clients. You'll provide key operational support to our Production Team by managing the credit report supplement process.

We're looking for someone passionate about:

• Providing exceptional customer service and problem resolution via phone and email
• Responding to consumer and client inquiries and complaints
• Performing administrative tasks like correspondence, data entry, and internet research
• Analyzing credit files to identify missing or changed data
• Supporting the team however needed to deliver quality services

The ideal candidate will have:

• Background in credit reporting, loan servicing, mortgage banking, or call centers
• 1 year of mortgage industry experience
• Strong PC, typing, written, and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding customer service skills and understanding of customer satisfaction
• High school diploma; college degree preferred

We offer a competitive hourly pay rate of $21.43.

Must be able to work any of the following shifts: 7am-3:30pm, 8:30am-4pm, 9:30am-6pm, or 11am-8pm CST.
