End User Support Specialist

12-month contract

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $29.00/hourly

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85016

Start Date: February 26, 2026

Job Description:

Central information technology organization, providing the network infrastructure, hardware, software and enterprise services for offices to run their business. The End User Support Specialist provides network and database administration, device management, and administers processes, services and technical support for hardware and software for the organization's internal and external clients.

This is a full-time, in-person position (Mon - Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

Frequent travel by vehicle is required (85%). Minor out of state travel requiring overnight stay (15%). Expenses will be reimbursed.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Remote desktop support (e.g. Bomgar, Dameware)
• Ticketing Systems (especially ServiceNow)
• Hardware and software troubleshooting
• Windows OS knowledge
• Active Directory basics (unlock/reset passwords, machine accounts)
• SCCM familiarity (software deployment, imaging)
• Intune/device management knowledge
• Network fundamentals (basic connectivity, printers)
• 2+ years of related work experience
• Clean driver's license and own vehicle

Education/Certifications:

• High School Diploma and/or trade school required
• Certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, etc.) is a plus.
