Position: Workplace Experience Coordinator (NYC) (Contract) 

Mode: Contract - Through January 2026

Location: On-site in NYC Office

  

About the Role

This is a practical, physical role that keeps our NYC office clean, stocked, and ready for daily use. If you’re reliable, like staying busy, and enjoy hands-on tasks, you’ll do great here. We’re moving fast and need someone who’s ready to jump in, no extended training and no event-planning or “glam” admin duties.

What You’ll Do (Daily, Real Tasks)

  • Take out trash and wash dishes (load/unload dishwashers, hand-wash as needed)
  • Wipe down café/break tables, counters, and shared surfaces
  • Clean, reset, and prepare conference rooms: straighten chairs, arrange tables, tidy cables; basic room setups
  • Move furniture to support meeting setups and room configurations
  • Retrieve, organize, and restock office supplies; keep break areas stocked (coffee, cups, paper towels, etc.)
  • Keep pantries/cafés and common areas clean and inviting; straighten furniture; spot clean as needed
  • Receive and deliver packages/mail; simple logging and quick drops to recipients
  • Do light facility checks and flag issues to building management (we’ll show you what to look for)
  • Other hands-on tasks that help the office run smoothly


Qualifications

  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable interacting with employees in a friendly, professional way
  • Able to stand/walk most of the day and lift/push/pull up to ~50 lbs (moving boxes/furniture, carts)
  • Comfortable using basic email/checklists; can follow a daily route and prioritize
  • Availability: On-site Monday–Friday, 8a–5p through January; quick start required


 Pay Rate Range: $20-$25 per hr (Depending on Experience)
