The Reunion Customer Service Representative provides administrative support to the Alumni Relations Department.
Qualifications:
· Proficiency with Google Suite (sheets, docs, forms, mail, etc.).
· Proficiency with Mailchimp and Airtable (planning timeline tool).
· Comfortable learning new technology.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Able to respond calmly and professionally to numerous phone and email inquiries.
· Strong multi-tasking skills.
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with ability to pivot.
· Must be resourceful with a positive “can-do” attitude.
· High School Diploma with 3-5 years’ experience, some college preferred.
· Able to work Commencement (e.g. Memorial Day weekend).
Additional Details:
· Hybrid – 3 days onsite (Monday & Tuesday mandatory, third day is flexible).
· Parking – on street
