Pay Rate: $23.57/hourly

Location: 100% remote

Start Date: March 16, 2026

Provide Nationwide title services. Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by assembling title packages, searching for tax documentation or performing other research related to escrow and title closings.

What You'll Do:

• Conducts title research to compile search packages ranging in complexity, that require research and investigation
• Primary focused on residential transactions. Follows standard procedures and guidelines.
• Understands how assigned duties relate to others within the team and how the team integrates with related teams.
• Impacts own team through the quality of the support provided.
• Recognizes and solves typical problems; selects solutions from established options.
• Communicates moderately complex information in routine situations, typically within own team.
• Works under general supervision with limited ability to modify approach.
• Individual contributor having no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

What You'll Bring:

• 1 - 2 years of related work experience
• High School Diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
