Are you seeking a new opportunity to use your real estate transaction experience? Join our dynamic team in St. Louis, MO as a Recording Clerk.

We need a detail-oriented professional to provide exceptional service throughout the title process. In this 6-month temp/contract role, you'll put your administrative, communication and organization skills into action while working with our real estate transactions team.

What you'll do:

  • The role is responsible for supporting real estate transactions by providing a range of administrative and support duties to assist title processes as part of a production center, branch office or member of a title team.
  • Reviewing recordable documents for accuracy, completion of required state/county forms, submitting documents through preferred recording method (county or electronic platform), minor resolution of issues, and shipping of documents.

What you'll bring:

  • 1 - 2 years of title company and/or mortgage experience
  • Knowledge of recordable documents
  • Experience with an electronic recording platform
  • Knowledge of state/county recording requirements and guidelines
  • Knowledge of how to prepare and complete state/county forms needed for recording
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and produce error-free work
  • Ability to work in a fast paced ever changing/growing environment
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Ability to work independently but also as a part of a team
  • Is dependable, punctual, and professional
  • Has a high school diploma; degree preferred

Start Date: August 28, 2025 | Pay rate - $22.00 - $24.00/hour | Location - St. Louis, MO 63102
