Job Description:
· Work with chefs/kitchen staff to identify ingredients for accurate nutrition and allergen information.
· Work with the staff to ensure recipes are up-to-date and reflective of products served.
· Update menu management system with accurate product information.
· Navigate dining halls across campus to aid in ensuring signage is accurate.
· Assist in the transition to a new management system.
Job Requirements:
· Experience working with food allergies.
· Prior kitchen experience is a plus.
· Minimum experience as a registered dietitian or 1-2 years as dietetic technician.
· RD or DTR credential required.
· Basic use of Microsoft Excel.
