Escrow Assistant

We need a detail-oriented professional to provide exceptional service through every step of the closing process. In this 6-month temp/contract role, you'll put your communication and organization skills into action while working with our real estate transactions team.

What you'll do:

• Provide escrow services for residential, resale, new construction and timeshare transactions
• Facilitate real estate transactions with a high level of customer service
• Proactively communicate with internal and external customers

We're seeking someone who:

• Has 2+ years of escrow, banking, lending or real estate experience
• MS Office Word, Outlook and basic Excel skills
• 50+ wpm typing skills.
• General receptionist, excellent communication and organizational skills
• Enjoys collaborating with clients
• Is dependable, punctual, and professional
• Has great attention to detail
• Associate degree required
