The Administrative Coordinator works under general supervision, must use good judgment, display professionalism, be reliable, and work with a positive attitude.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed and complex administrative support to individual or groups.
- Supplies information, maintains files, schedules appointments, produces correspondence, relieves officials of minor business details.
- Arrange travel, order supplies, use MS Outlook and Google calendar to schedule meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
You Have:
- 3+ years of administrative and clerical support experience, including typing, editing complex documents, such as reports, presentation materials, and spreadsheets.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, works well under pressure.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, problem solving and the ability to work well both collaboratively and independently.
- High level of proficiency with ability to schedule meetings, take minutes, proctor exams and arrange for other proctors to oversee exams, pay invoices, order food for meetings/courses, and other administrative tasks.
- Adept at using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google apps (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), and mail merge capability.
- Experience with FileMaker Pro or ability to quickly learn.
Education Requirement:
- High School Diploma required, degree preferred.
Pay Rate: $24/hour | Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00PM | Location: Providence, RI - potential hybrid after training
