Start Date:     April 20, 2026              

Pay Rate:        $35.00/hour  


We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Corporate Administrator & Office Manager to support the President, while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the corporate office. This onsite role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Executive Support (Primary Focus)

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the President, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting preparation.
  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate board meetings, leadership offsites, and confidential projects.
  • Manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Office Management

  • Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance.
  • Serve as the point of contact for building management and office services.
  • Ensure a welcoming and efficient office environment for employees and guests.
  • Support onboarding logistics for new hires (workspace setup, access, etc.).

Corporate Administration

  • Assist with internal communications and company-wide initiatives.
  • Maintain corporate records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
  • Support HR and Finance teams with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in executive support, office management, or corporate administration.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
