Business Support Coordinator - Real Estate

6-month contract to hire opportunity

Pay Rate: $26.00/hourly

Are you seeking a new opportunity as a Department of Real Estate Processor?  Our client, a leading Real Estate and Title company is seeking assistance to support their ongoing business needs.

What you'll do:

• Partner with developers to prepare, submit, and manage all documentation required by the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) to obtain necessary approvals, specifically Final Public Reports for subdivisions and common-interest developments.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, handle deficiencies, and secure public reports for projects.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

What You'll Bring:

• 1-2 years of professional, related work experience
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Solid intermediate typing skills that keep you efficient and productive
• High School Diploma required, college degree preferred.
