About the role | Kō tēnei tūranga mahi

As a key member of our Information Management team, you’ll play a central part in our Shaping Our Future project, ensuring information is recognised and treated as one of our most valued assets. You’ll drive programmes that lift our information maturity, strengthen our digital future, and embed best‑practice information management across the organisation.

In this role, you will:

  • Assess, enhance, and champion information management maturity across the organisation.
  • Proactively engage with teams to ensure integrity, accessibility, usability, and preservation of information in line with legislation and Archives New Zealand guidance.
  • Provide expert advice, mentor others, and lead projects that raise organisational capability.
  • Strengthen digital transformation by integrating our EDRMS with business systems and supporting staff through training, guidance, and change.
