We've two Project Manager positions available; one permanent and one fixed term for 12 months.

About the role | Kō tēnei tūranga mahi
As a Project Manager, you’ll lead the design, procurement, and construction of a variety of civil infrastructure projects — ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values professionalism, innovation, and continuous improvement.
As part of your role, you’ll also enjoy building relationships and engaging with consultants, contractors, iwi and community groups to ensure project delivery and outcomes are realistic.
About you | Ko ngā pūmanawa ō
We’d love to hear from you if you’ve got the following:
- A minimum of NZ Diploma in Civil Engineering (NZDE) or equivalent, with additional project management qualifications (such as PMP or Prince II Practitioner) highly regarded.
- Proven experience in project management, ideally in civil infrastructure or capital works.
- Have the technical ability to understand engineering designs, drawings and reports.
- A strong understanding of NZS 3910 and how to effectively manage commercial contracts.
- A solid grasp of project management methodologies and reporting practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to juggle competing priorities and make sound, timely decisions.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
