Position:       Intake Administration Assistant

Location:      NCN Health

EFT/Hours:  0.3 EFT (24 Hours Per Fortnight)

Status:         Fixed Term until 17/02/2025 (Parental Leave)

Salary/ Hourly rate: $27.7526 to $31.7947 plus 11% superannuation

 

About the Role:

NCN Health have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our team at Cobram. This position is responsible for providing high level administrative and clerical services within the NCN Health Intake Team. The role involves working collaboratively with intake staff as well as clients in the community. The role requires timely and efficient management and processing of incoming referrals and confidential management of medical record establishment and adherence to the NCN Health Intake process. The position will also be required to support front reception over busy period’s and break times as directed by the Executive Manager Community Health and Wellbeing

 

What we are looking for:

  • Vaccination against Covid-19 is a mandatory requirement
  • Certificate III in Office Administration or equivalent or previous experience working in an administrative role in a health setting 
  • Evidence of full immunisation against Covid-19 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills including demonstrated ability to liaise with people from diverse backgrounds
