Position        Administration Assistant – People and Culture

Location:        Works across both Numurkah and Cobram Campuses of NCN Health

EFT/Hours:   1.0 EFT (80 Hours Per Fortnight, including 1 ADO every month)

Status:          Permanent Full Time

Salary/ Hourly rate:   $26.3650 - $30.3550 per hour plus 11% superannuation

About the Role:

NCN Health have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant - People and Culture to join our People and Culture team.

Position responsibilities include, but is not limited to:

  • Supporting the onboarding of all new employees to NCN Health
  • Maintenance of the NCN Health People and Culture Inbox including responding to queries, forwarding emails as appropriate and filing
  • Administration of the NCN Health Uniform Portal
  • Data entry into various systems and registers within the People and Culture Department

This role works in conjunction with the other People and Culture Administration Assistant, and is required to work across both the Numurkah and Cobram campus.

What we are looking for:

  • Vaccination against Covid-19 is a mandatory requirement
  • A Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent, or previous experience working in an administrative role, preferably in a HR environment.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with a diverse range of people.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, and ability to navigate and learn a range of online systems to support onboarding of new staff to NCN Health.
  • Maintain accurate and effective filing systems
