This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated graduate nurse who is passionate about rural health, eager to learn, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care while growing both personally and professionally.

Position:      Graduate Registered Nurse

Location:      Across NCN Health

EFT/Hours:  0.8 EFT (64 Hours Per Fortnight)

Status:        Fixed Term Part Time (Until 6th February 2028)

Hourly Rate: $42.6053 - $43.8158 plus 12% superannuation

About the Role

NCN Health has an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Registered Nurse to join our team.

This role offers exposure to a diverse and rewarding clinical experience, allowing you to build confidence and capability in areas such as acute care, aged care, urgent care, and community health. You will be supported through structured orientation, ongoing education, mentoring, and professional development opportunities designed to help you transition successfully into professional practice

About You

  • Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent completed in the last 12 months of job application.
  • Recent successful completion of an undergraduate registered nursing program and compliance with the Post Graduate Medical Council of Victoria computer match requirements and guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Demonstrate competency in clinical care across a broad spectrum.
