EFT/Hours:   0.4 EFT (32 Hours Per Fortnight)

Status:          Part Time Fixed Term to 16 February 2025 (Parental Leave)

Salary/ Hourly rate:   Part Time: $27.7526 plus 11% superannuation

About the Role:

NCN Health have an exciting opportunity for a Medical Receptionist to join our team in GP Medical Clinic at Cobram. The role of Medical Receptionist is a pivotal role requiring a range of skills to successfully perform all the activities associated with a receptionist position. The role will assist with the smooth running of the medical clinic, and support the delivery of quality patient care.

 What we are looking for:

  • Certificate III in Office Administration or equivalent or previous experience working in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills including demonstrated ability to liaise with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong working knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) and ability to learn new systems
  • Vaccination against Covid-19 is a mandatory requirement
