After Hours Manager - Acute - Nathalia

The After-Hours Manager is part of the management team and is responsible for the effective management and operations of NCN Health after hours.

Location:     Nathalia Campus

EFT/Hours:  0.5 EFT (40 Hours Per Fortnight)

Status:   Part Time Permanent

Hourly Rate: $65.3079 per hour plus 12% superannuation 

About the Role

NCN Health is seeking an After-Hours Manager to join our NCN Health Nathalia team.

The After-Hours Manager, forms part of the Management team and is responsible for the effective Management and operations of NCN Health, after hours, including weekends. The role is required to maintain relationships with internal and external partners are essential. The role will be leader in working within the NCN Health’s model of care, to ensure best practice for our residents and patients.

About You

• Vaccination against seasonal Influenza (mandatory)
• Vaccination against Covid-19 (recommended)
• Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Demonstrated skills in leadership and management within the healthcare setting. 
• Highly Developed problem-solving skills
• Highly developed interpersonal communication skills, and conflict resolution.
• Demonstrated experience in acute nursing.
• Effective communication and team work
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively
• Person centered approach to care and community awareness programs.
