EFT/Hours:  0.2 EFT (16 Hours Per Fortnight)

Status:         Permanent Part Time

Salary/ Hourly rate: Part Time: $54.6368 plus 11% superannuation


About the Role:

NCN Health have an exciting opportunity for an XX to join our team at XX.

Reporting to the Manager Community Nursing Services, the Assistant Supervisor District Nursing is responsible for coordinating the provision of safe and efficient clinical care across the community nursing setting. The role will monitor and coordinate the team’s clinical load, and provide clinical expertise in the management of more complex cases.

Working closely with the District Nursing Services team, the Assistant Supervisor District Nursing will undertake direct clinical care, supervision and support staff in the provision of client care, particularly for more complex cases requiring ongoing care coordination and higher level clinical expertise to ensure safe and efficient service provision.

 What we are looking for:

  • Vaccination against Covid-19 is a mandatory requirement
  • Registered Nurse Division 1 with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Minimum of 3 years post graduate experience as a RN, with highly developed clinical knowledge relevant to community nursing
  • High level of competence in the provision of community nursing
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage change
