Hourly Rate: $27.75 to $32.70 per hour plus casual loading and 12% superannuation
About the Role
NCN Health have an exciting opportunity for a Medical Receptionist to join our team in GP Medical Clinic at Cobram. The role of Medical Receptionist is a pivotal role requiring a range of skills to successfully perform all the activities associated with a receptionist position. The role will assist with the smooth running of the medical clinic, and support the delivery of quality patient care.
About You
- Vaccination against seasonal Influenza (mandatory)
- Vaccination against Covid-19 (recommended)
- Certificate III in Office Administration or equivalent
- Ability to work in a busy office environment to self-manage demanding and changing workloads and competing priorities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills including demonstrated ability to liaise with people from diverse backgrounds
- Previous medical reception experience (desired)
- Best Practice software knowledge (desired)
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
- Demonstrated capacity of using initiative and ability to work unsupervised
