Position:       District Nurse - Enrolled Nurse (Diploma) (Internal Only)

Location:      Numurkah

EFT/Hours:  0.2 EFT (16 Hours Per Fortnight)

Status:           Permanent Part Time

Salary/ Hourly rate: Part Time $33.8342 - $36.0026 plus 11% superannuation

 

About the Role:

The District Nurse - Enrolled Nurse is a key member of the District Nursing team and is responsible for the provision of client focused nursing care in collaboration with the District Nurse – Registered Nurse.

The District Nurse - Enrolled Nurse works collaboratively with the client, carer/family and other health care professionals under the direction of the District Nurse (Registered Nursed), and to ensure effective and efficient consumer led care is delivered to clients in the community setting.

What we are looking for:

  • Vaccination against Covid-19 is a mandatory requirement
  • Enrolled Nurse Level 2 (Diploma) with current registration from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) (including Board approved qualification in medicines administration).
  • Minimum of two years nursing experience as an Enrolled Nurse OR a post registration qualification relevant to the role.
  • Demonstrated understanding of community-based nursing and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
