Position: Quality Administration Support Officer
Location: Across NCN Health
EFT/Hours: 0.6 EFT (48 Hours Per Fortnight)
Status: Fixed Term Part Time (Until August 2027)
Hourly Rate: $27.7526 per - $32.6974 hour plus 12% superannuation
About the Role
NCN Health has an exciting opportunity for Quality Administration Support Officer to join our Quality team.
The Quality Administration Support Officer will provide high level administration support to the Quality team with processing information, project support, accreditation and promote quality improvement and safety activities within the health service.
About You
- Vaccination against seasonal Influenza (mandatory)
- Vaccination against Covid-19 (recommended)
- Previous experience working in an administration role.
- Demonstrated experience in data systems management including collection, collation and reporting of data in a range of formats.
- Strong analytical skills including a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with an ability to prioritise workload to efficiently manage multiple demands and tasks simultaneously.
- High level proficiency with word, excel and other Microsoft applications.
- Self-motivated with an ability to work individually with minimal supervision and across teams, displaying professionalism at all times when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work as a connected team member.
- Ability and willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills including demonstrated ability to liaise with peoplefrom diverse backgrounds.
