Position: Clinical Support Nurse
Location: All NCN Health Campuses
EFT/Hours: 0.6 EFT (48 Hours Per Fortnight)
Status: Part Time Fixed Term (until September 2026)
Classification: $56.64 per hour plus 12% superannuation
About the Role
NCN Health is seeking a Clinical Support Nurse to join our Education Team.
The Clinical Support Nurse will be responsible for providing direct clinical support, instruction and mentoring to staff, students and graduates of NCN Health.
The Clinical Support Nurse will provide support to staff and students, complete peer/graduate & student evaluation and promote professional development. The role will work closely with Nurse Unit Managers, staff and preceptors/mentors to identify areas of educational need and develop systems and programs to correct or influence these with best practice.
The role will work closely with NCN Health’s Education Group, including, the Education Coordinator, Allied Health Educators and Learning and Development Coordinator.
About You
- Vaccination against seasonal Influenza (mandatory)
- Vaccination against Covid-19 (recommended)
- Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Demonstrable recent relevant clinical experience at a senior level
- Experience in education/clinical teaching
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication (listening, written and verbal) skills, including the ability to work with a diverse range of people;
- Ability to work successfully both autonomously and as part of a team;
