The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to play a pivotal role in expanding our Trustee Services division into mainland Australia. Based in Sydney, you’ll build a portfolio of Compensation Trust clients and deliver outstanding service to beneficiaries of high-value trusts and clients subject to Administration Orders. As a senior member of the Trustee Team, you’ll also mentor and upskill junior team members in trust management.

Your Impact

  • Develop and grow Compensation Trust referrals through strong relationships with plaintiff law firms and financial planners.
  • Manage new Compensation Trusts appointed by the court and oversee a small book of trust and administration order clients.
  • Maintain relationships with oversight bodies such as NSW Trustee & Guardian, property managers, case managers, and specialist equity solicitors.
  • Provide technical assistance to colleagues and support the GM Wealth Management in executing TPT’s growth strategy.
  • Drive process improvement and modernization initiatives to enhance efficiency and client experience.

What You Bring

  • Relevant tertiary or postgraduate qualifications and/or 10+ years in senior trust management roles.
  • Strong understanding of risk and compliance in trustee services.
  • Proven experience in business development and relationship management.
  • Demonstrated success in productivity improvement and operational excellence.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
