Following the merger of MyState Bank and Auswide Bank, we are delivering a major core banking transformation to bring together platforms, processes, and people.

We’re looking for an experienced Change Manager with core banking experience to help ensure this transformation is delivered smoothly, sustainably, and with minimal disruption to customers and frontline teams.

The Change Manager will focus on enabling our people to confidently adopt new ways of working, so they can continue to deliver simple, reliable, and high‑quality banking experiences throughout the transition and beyond.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll lead the people‑side change for a complex core banking program, working closely with business and technology teams to turn change into positive, practical outcomes.

You will:

  • Design and deliver end‑to‑end change management strategies that support consistent, seamless experiences for customers during system and process change
  • Assess how core banking changes impact teams, roles, and workflows, and put practical plans in place to support them
  • Develop clear, timely communications and training approaches that help people understand what’s changing and how it will make their work easier and more effective
  • Partner with Program Managers, Technology teams, Operations, Product, and frontline leaders to integrate change into day‑to‑day delivery
  • Support readiness, cutover, and post‑go‑live activities, ensuring teams are confident and supported through transition
  • Proactively identify risks, resistance, and opportunities for improvement, continuously refining approaches to lift adoption and outcomes
  • Measure change effectiveness and use insights to improve how change is delivered over time

About You

You’re an experienced Change Manager who understands that large‑scale system change only succeeds when people are supported and outcomes are designed with customers in mind.

You bring:

  • Essential: Hands‑on experience working on core banking platforms (e.g. Finastra/Misys, Temenos, TCS BaNCS or similar)
  • Proven experience delivering change on complex, technology‑led banking or financial services programs
  • A practical approach to change management, with strong knowledge of frameworks such as Prosci/ADKAR or Kotter
  • Experience working in regulated environments and partnering with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Strong communication and engagement skills, with the ability to build trust across technical and non‑technical teams
  • A mindset focused on improvement, learning, and delivering better outcomes with each iteration
