Your day-to-day will involve:
- Processing document requests
- Confirming and processing new supplier accreditations
- Preparing broker accreditations for approval
- Reviewing documentation for processing
- Conducting online searches such as identity checks, PPSR, and ASIC
- Authorising document checklists for final approval
- Ensuring no changes have occurred to loan approval profiles in collaboration with the credit team
We’re looking for someone with:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office and online verification tools
- A proactive, enthusiastic approach
- A mindset that’s eager to learn, resilient in the face of challenges, and flexible in adapting to changing priorities

If your experience is limited, and you are about to finish or have finished studying a finance degree, we would still love to hear from you. This is a great opportunity to start your career with a company that is growing and evolving within the financial services sector.
This is a full time, permanent role offering a competitive salary, access to LinkedIn Learning, and opportunities for professional development in a collaborative and supportive environment.
