Customer Care Consultants

We’re seeking friendly and motivated Customer Care Consultants to support both Auswide Bank and MyState Bank customers. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, providing assistance and creating positive experiences over the phone and digital channels.

This opportunity is open to candidates with any customer service experience, including call centre, retail, hospitality or phone‑based roles. If you’re confident (or keen to become confident) speaking on the phone and enjoy helping people, we’ll provide the training and support to set you up for success.

Location: Bundaberg

What you’ll do:

• Take inbound and outbound calls from Auswide and MyState customers
• Build rapport and provide friendly, professional service
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
• Learn and grow your skills in a supportive team environment

What we’re looking for:

• Customer service experience in any industry
• Confidence making and receiving phone calls
• Clear communication skills and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
