We are looking for passionate, customer-focused people to join our Southern Branch network here at MyState. Successful candidates will demonstrate our values – Collaborate To Win, Chase The Better, and Create Customer Wow.
Development and Training
During the first few weeks in the role, you will complete training that will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed in your new role. This involves face-to-face training and opportunities to learn from some of our most experienced team members.
The Role
As a Customer Service Representative in our Branches, you will be serving customers and assisting them with their transactions and enquiries, while providing exceptional customer service to all new and existing customers. You will proactively identify customer needs and support our customers with all aspects of their banking experience.
As part of your career development at MyState, you may also have the opportunity to support our customers through our digital channels.
We currently have Full Time and Part Time positions available. We will confirm your preference with you during the interview stage if successful.
About You
· You are passionate about helping people, naturally empathetic and demonstrate our values
· You demonstrate resilience and able to manage a high-paced work environment
· Have customer service experience – previous experience in Banking not essential, but would be advantageous
· You are a team player and excited to contribute to a positive team culture
· Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· Demonstrate an ability to navigate multiple systems and learn new information
