Be the engine behind delivery that matters.
Join a transformation led financial services group and help shape the way we deliver value through change.
At MyState, we’re on a mission to create simpler, smarter financial experiences for our customers. With the integration of MyState and Auswide Bank now underway, we’ve evolved into a dynamic group made up of four trusted brands – MyState Bank, Auswide Bank, SelfCo, and TPT Wealth. As we bring these businesses together, we’re laying the foundations for stronger delivery, deeper customer impact, and a culture that values action, clarity and collaboration.
We’re looking for a Delivery Specialist (Business Analyst) to help turn ideas into outcomes. Sitting within our Project Management Office, you’ll help deliver a mix of integration and business-as-usual initiatives. This is a hands-on role that connects the dots between business needs, delivery teams, and successful implementation.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of problem definition and solution design, using your skills in stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and process mapping to deliver the right outcomes. You’ll be designing and facilitating workshops, documenting requirements, and supporting end-to-end delivery from scoping through to implementation. Whether you're leading small initiatives independently or contributing to larger projects as part of a team, you'll bring structure and momentum to every stage of delivery.
You’ll also support the change management team by helping to design training, update processes and procedures, and ensure people are prepared for what’s changing. Collaboration is key, you’ll work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment, manage risks, and keep delivery on track. And you’ll play an important role in maintaining our delivery knowledge base and supporting continuous improvement across the group.
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring at least three years of experience in business analysis, delivery, or project-related roles, ideally in the banking or financial services sector. You have strong analytical skills and are confident using data to uncover insights and shape solutions. You’re comfortable facilitating workshops, navigating competing priorities, and adapting your approach depending on the size and complexity of the initiative. You bring a delivery mindset and a focus on doing what works. Experience with Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies is highly regarded, and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, process mapping platforms, and delivery frameworks will set you up for success.
At MyState, you’ll join a high-performing team in a business that’s evolving. We value people who bring energy, structure and curiosity to their work and who want to be part of a group building for the future. You’ll have the opportunity to own work, grow your capability, and help shape how project delivery is done across our business.
