At MyState, we’re redefining how lending operations are delivered, creating a more connected, efficient and customer-focused experience. As Senior Leader Lending Operations, you’ll lead this evolution, shaping strategy and delivering impact at scale. 

The Opportunity 

Reporting to Head of Operations, you’ll lead MyState’s end-to-end Lending Operations across Tasmania and Queensland. You’ll unite geographically dispersed teams into a single, high-performing national capability, ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes for customers and brokers. 

This role is accountable for operational performance, workforce planning, cost management and transformation delivery. You’ll drive improvements in service, efficiency and scalability, while embedding strong governance, risk discipline and customer focus across all operations. 

Working closely with Risk, Technology and external suppliers, you’ll also identify opportunities to leverage digital solutions, automation and sourcing strategies to enhance performance and customer experience.

What You’ll Bring 

You’re a seasoned operational leader with deep experience in lending operations and financial services. You thrive in complex environments and bring a balance of strategic thinking and execution focus. 

You’ll bring: 

• Senior leadership experience across lending or financial services operations 
• Proven success leading large, multi-site teams 
• Strong experience in operational transformation and process improvement 
• Capability in workforce planning, financial management and performance delivery 
• Strong understanding of risk, compliance and regulatory frameworks 
• Experience working with suppliers and driving value through partnerships
