Help us make change meaningful.

Join a growing financial services group that’s transforming—and help us make change stick.

At MyState, we’re on a journey of transformation and integration. With the merger of MyState and Auswide Bank, we’ve evolved into a dynamic group made up of four trusted brands – MyState Bank, Auswide Bank, SelfCo, and TPT Wealth. As we bring our businesses together, we’re unlocking bigger opportunities, new ways of working, and a stronger foundation for innovation and customer impact.

We’re looking for a Business Readiness Specialist (Change Manager) to help shape how our people experience change. You’ll play a critical role in planning and delivering the human side of change across our integration, transformation, and regulatory projects, making sure our people are ready, supported, and set up for success.

In this role, you’ll take a hands-on approach to business readiness, applying structured change management methodologies to help people and teams transition from current to future state. You’ll develop practical readiness plans and execute them across complex initiatives. That includes conducting change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis, designing and delivering communication and training activities, and embedding readiness plans into project timelines to ensure smooth delivery and handover to business-as-usual.

Collaboration is central to your work. You’ll partner with project teams, leaders, and subject matter experts to build understanding, lift capability, and reduce resistance. You’ll track progress, evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, and use insights to adjust your approach, ensuring change is not only implemented but also adopted and sustained. You’ll also contribute to the uplift of business readiness capability more broadly across the organisation and play a part in embedding our change management framework.

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring at least a couple of years’ experience in business readiness or change roles, with the ability to translate complex change into practical actions that land well with stakeholders. You’ll ideally have a certification in change management such as Prosci or Six Sigma (or be willing to attain one), and experience working across full project lifecycles—from design and development through to deployment and support. Your strengths lie in your communication skills, your ability to manage competing priorities, and your focus on achieving outcomes that matter to people. Experience in financial services and familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence will be well regarded.

At MyState, you’ll be part of a collaborative, customer-focused team with the autonomy and support to make a real impact. We invest in our people and offer opportunities for growth, development, and leadership. If you’re looking to do meaningful work that shapes the future of a bold and evolving financial services group, this is your chance.
