As a Lending Solutions Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out about their lending products. Working in a high-volume, inbound environment, you’ll provide support, guidance and tailored solutions—particularly when customers are considering changes to their accounts.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Responding to inbound calls and digital enquiries relating to lending products
- Supporting customers with account enquiries, changes and cancellation requests
- Delivering accurate and compliant processing, with a strong focus on attention to detail
- Working to individual and team KPIs, including productivity and service outcomes
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience
- Identifying opportunities to support and retain customers through effective conversations
- Operating within MyState policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
What You Bring
Skills & Experience
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to getting things right the first time
- Confident and professional communication skills, particularly over the phone
- Experience working in a high-volume, customer-facing environment
- Ability to stay organised and manage competing priorities
- A proactive approach to achieving targets and performance outcomes
Desirable
- Experience in banking, lending or financial services
- Background in Customer Care, Contact Centre or Branch Banking
- Exposure to handling sensitive or complex customer situations
