Looking to build a long‑term career in finance, not just another admin role?

As a Credit Administration Officer, you’ll be right in the engine room of our asset finance business. This role goes beyond processing paperwork, you’ll be trusted to prepare accurate, compliant finance documentation that directly supports settlements and customer outcomes.

You’ll work closely with brokers, suppliers, and internal credit and sales teams, gaining real exposure to how commercial asset finance works from approval through to funding.

If you’re detail‑driven, curious, and want to grow your career in banking or finance, this role sets you up with solid foundations and clear development pathways.

What you’ll be doing

  • Preparing and issuing loan documentation using SelfCo templates (DocuSign and wet‑ink)
  • Ensuring broker submissions are complete and meet all credit conditions
  • Reviewing documents for accuracy, including invoices, ID and approval conditions
  • Completing identity verification and PPSR searches
  • Liaising with Credit to confirm no changes prior to documentation
  • Supporting supplier and broker accreditations through approval
  • Managing checklists and records to meet compliance and regulatory standards
  • Acting as a reliable point of contact for brokers and internal stakeholders

About you

You love getting things right the first time, enjoy structured work, and understand that accuracy and communication matter.

You might be early in your career, or already have office or finance experience, but what matters most is your mindset.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Previous administration or office experience (finance exposure is a bonus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation
  • Confidence working with multiple systems and processes
  • A proactive, can‑do attitude and genuine desire to learn
  • Professionalism when dealing with brokers and internal teams

Graduates looking to break into finance are encouraged to apply.

Ask yourself…

  • Do you want exposure to commercial and asset finance, not just consumer lending?
  • Do you enjoy structured work where accuracy really matters?
  • Are you looking for a role that can grow into something bigger over time?
  • Do you take pride in being someone others trust to get things done properly?

If you’re nodding along — this could be the role for you.

Why join SelfCo?

  • Backed by a stable, ASX‑listed banking group
  • Operates with the speed and agility of a specialist finance business
  • Real exposure to asset finance and broker‑driven lending
  • Clear development and internal career opportunities
  • Access to discounts across thousands of retailers
  • Supportive, collaborative team culture
