We are seeking an experienced Documents Team Leader to join Selfco’s Operations team. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely documentation of approved loans using Selfco’s contract templates.

We’re looking for a Documents Team Leader to support the preparation and issuing of loan contracts. This role focuses on checking documentation, working with internal teams, and helping ensure loans are ready for settlement.

What you’ll do

  • Prepare and issue loan contracts using templates and DocuSign
  • Review documents from brokers to ensure they are complete and accurate
  • Complete checks such as ID, PPSR and ASIC searches
  • Support supplier accreditations
  • Work closely with Credit and Settlements teams
  • Assist during busy periods
  • Review valuations, inspections and loan conditions
  • Help identify simple process improvements
  • Respond to broker and customer documentation queries

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in banking, finance or broking (equipment finance ideal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • A positive, team‑focused attitude
  • Leadership experience is a bonus
