Exciting things are happening at MyState! As we embark on a new era of growth, we’re looking for a skilled Project Manager for a fixed term 12 months, to deliver meaningful change. Why You’ll Love This Role

As a Project Manager you’ll work in Hobart, Brisbane or Bundaberg and play a key role in the planning, execution and delivery of projects across our approved program of work. You’ll align project objectives with business goals, motivate teams and proactively manage risks to ensure successful, on time, on budget and high-quality outcomes.

What You’ll Do

You’ll oversee the implementation of projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards. You’ll develop and manage project plans, outlining activities, schedules, budgets and resource requirements for successful delivery. Working closely with key stakeholders, vendors and subject matter experts, you’ll ensure clear communication with leadership and support change management efforts for successful adoption of project solutions.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll have a Project Management certification and at least five years experience managing large scale projects, ideally within banking or financial services. You’ll possess strong leadership and decision making skills with the ability to inspire high performing teams. The role requires the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment, excellent problem solving and communication skills and proficiency in project management tools.
