Processing Officer

Exciting things are happening at Auswide Bank! As we continue to grow and evolve, we’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive and team-focused individual to join our Operations Team as a Processing Officer.

As an Officer in our Operations Team, you will be playing a key role behind the scenes, ensuring our systems and processes run smoothly and efficiently. From processing transactions and managing banking services to supporting compliance and reporting, you’ll help create the foundation that allows our frontline teams to shine and our customers to thrive.

We are looking for people who find joy in working with others, enjoy solving problems and take pride in getting the details right. In this role, you will be exposed to a wide variety of tasks – so being curious and open to learning is key.

Whether you have worked in banking, finance, administration or operations – or you are simply someone who is eager to grow and ready to dive into something new – we will provide the training and support to help you build your confidence and develop your skills across multiple areas.
