Join MyState now as our Customer Service Representative, as part of our Southern Branch team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with everyday banking needs and guiding them toward solutions that support their financial goals.

This opportunity offers full-time hours.

About the Role

In this customer facing role, you will:

  • Deliver accurate and efficient service across everyday banking transactions
  • Manage customer flow and queue times in a busy branch environment
  • Help customers discover products and services that add real value
  • Promote digital banking options including ATMs, PAYs, and Internet Banking
  • Resolve customer enquiries at first contact, escalating when required
  • Follow MyState policies, compliance, and risk frameworks
  • Work collaboratively as part of a supportive branch team
  • Continue building your knowledge and capability on the job

About You

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in retail, sales, or other customer facing roles
  • A helpful, people first mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Confidence using technology and multiple systems
