About the Role

In this fast‑paced, high‑volume role, you’ll support brokers and ensure home loan applications move smoothly through the pre‑assessment stage. You’ll receive full training and gain comprehensive knowledge of the home loan process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and verify documents, credit checks, and valuations.
• Support brokers with application updates, document requests, and queries.
• Manage your workflow of pre‑assessment files and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Complete broker accreditations and maintain accurate system data.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance broker experience.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
